Surgery rental: looking for a tenant (dentist / specialist)
Our private dental clinic DentalX in the centre of Prague (Benediktská 688/6, Prague 1) offers a free, fully equipped second surgery for rent. We are looking for a colleague who brings their own practice and becomes part of an established clinic led by MDDr. Ben Rakušan. We welcome both dentists and specialists.
What you have at your disposal
- A fully equipped surgery ready for immediate use
- Shared reception and administration
- A shared professional CRM (Xdent) for booking, scheduling and payments
- Shared clinic facilities (sterilisation, waiting room, technical areas)
- An established, running practice
- A prime address in central Prague with good public transport
Who we are looking for
- A dentist or dental specialist with their own business ID and qualification
- Own professional liability insurance
- Own patient base welcome, or the ability to build one
- Interest in long-term, fair cooperation under the clinic shared brand
Form of cooperation
Rental of the surgery under a cooperation agreement. Terms by arrangement, depending on the field, the extent of chair use and the agreed split of shared facilities.
