MDDr. Benjamin Rakušan

Founder & Clinical Director, DentalX

Dr. Benjamin Rakušan is a Canadian-Czech dentist with over 20 years of experience and a professional background spanning dental technology, restorative dentistry, oral surgery and implantology.

He began his career in Canada, where he trained as a denturist and worked in the field for several years before pursuing dentistry. Following graduation from Charles University in Prague, he continued his professional development in the United Kingdom, including several years of experience within oral and maxillofacial surgery and the NHS.

After returning to Prague, he founded DentalX, where his clinical focus is primarily on implantology, oral surgery and complex dental rehabilitation.

His approach combines a strong understanding of dental prosthetics with surgical experience and modern digital dentistry, including CBCT diagnostics, guided implant surgery, intraoral scanning and in-house 3D printing.

He treats Czech and international patients and speaks both Czech and English fluently. He places emphasis on a calm treatment experience and on making sure patients understand what to expect and why.
